As new owners of an Audi S5, Bellevue Audi was great in accepting us as new customers—especially since we had purchased the car through CARVANA. Although concerned with the delay in getting parts in and being without a car for a number of days, the Service team was excellent and took good care of us. We were very impressed with the professional service and the video of our car that reassures agreed items are being addressed, which included additional info on a trunk panel latch they fixed on-the-fly. Thank you, Audi of Bellevue. Purchasing a certified car is the way to go, as all of the service and repair was taken care of.

This is a review for the service department, specifically the scheduling staff. We’ve been having our car serviced there for over 3 years and we’re typically satisfied with the quality of the service and the service advisers. However, the prospect of speaking to the scheduling staff gives me anxiety as they are rude and generally unhelpful. Most recently I reached out to schedule a regular maintenance service for whenever a loaner would first be available. Our car has just come out from under manufacturer warranty which (apparently) no longer qualifies us for a loaner - I asked for clarification and the adviser informed me that their loaner fleet now only has 19 vehicles and guidleines had to be updated. In other words, only owners of the newest cars get loaners 🤦♀️ And I could get over the glaring elitism, but when I highlighted that I don’t have another option as I live in Woodinville and that’s out of range for their shuttle service + last time i was in for a maintenance service they kept my car for a week and Lyft wasn’t covered for that long, the adviser rudely interrupted, didn’t try to find a solution, and transferred me to a manager who didn’t answer, leaving me to wait another 20 mins to speak to another adviser. Between the policy designed to put you down a notch if you don’t own the latest Audi model and the insufferable customer service, I’m going to put in the extra 10 mins and go to Audi Seattle instead. At least they are not making it my problem that they are short on loaners after selling their fleet - in under 5 mins i was able to make the service appointment and book a loaner a month out, no hassle.

I felt no pressure like the last place I was at …although I didn’t need to think that hard about this one lol….and working with Paul and Risa, everything was like clockwork. They’re the best. I recommend Bellevue Audi, go see Tanbi and Sodi. My boss bought a car from them a month earlier and highly recommended them. They are sisters and do a great job at toggling to make sure their customers are taken care of. I visited several times to test drive the Q5 and Q7. I decided on the Q5 (plug in hybrid). They were always responsive via text or email with my questions about the car and delivery date. I had a good guy for the financing portion, but it took a long time. I'd think there should be a way to streamline that process especially since there wasn't a loan or bank involved. I'll leave that comment for management to fix.

Bought a new Audi and had a really good experience with the sales team and the sales process went smoothly. The sales team and sales in general is 5 STARS. This review however is 4 stars based on my previous experience with the service department which is at BEST 2-3 STARS. Had an OK experience taking my car in for an oil and battery change. They didn't provide a loaner and when my car was done, it still had the same oil level as before and the service indicator was showing, so I am not sure if they've done the oil change at all. I called 3 times without luck and I finally took it back to the dealer where they just reset the indicator, though did not put extra oil in it. They said that it doesn't need the oil to be at max - which isn't true, because at every other oil change I got the car back with the oil being at max. Anyway, now I am keeping an extra quart of oil with me, just in case.

Purchased an Audi Q3 on the Memorial Day weekend. Had chosen the car upfront using the website Audiusa.com and that was the start of me getting misled. The website led me to believe that the Q3 45 TSFi Premium model I was choosing had an adaptive cruise which was a must have for me but in actual it turns out that it doesn't. At the dealership, this sales person I dealt with was extremely polite and courteous. They were very eager to help us - offered the test drive and explained the features, though didn't cover the adaptive cruise explicitly (to their credit, I am sure they wouldn't cover every feature which is NOT there in the car). I bought the car. And here's where my pleasant experience ended with the sales person too (I am not going to name them. I'll call them X). The car I bought was for my son (who was out of town that day) so X suggested us to not enable Audi Connect and do that once my son got back. X reaffirmed that "My job doesn't end at selling you the vehicle. I'll help you with this whenever your son is back". Meanwhile I got the usual Audi post sale survey, where I answered all the Sales Person/Staff related questions with a top notch 5 star but the overall experience as 3 star given I was misled by Audi's website. To me, My experience started before I visited the dealership so I was reviewing the overall experience, while ensuring I leave good feedback for people at the dealership. X didn't like it. They immediately texted me with a mild sarcasm something to the tune of - "I thought you were happy with the purchase". I did not respond to X. After a couple of days, my son arrived so I took up X's offer of "I'll help you with Audi Connect whenever your son is back". I texted X asking them how to go about it, and here's the SLAM DUNK TEXT RESPONSE WHICH MAKES ME GIVE A 3 STAR review to the dealership as well - "Sorry I am busy with a few appointments. Here's a phone # that you can reach out to." I guess I should have given 3 star responses to even the staff related Qs on the earlier Audi Survey. I am sure X was rattled and didn't think they deserved the earlier survey response that I gave, but that's where lies the difference between those who serve the customers, and those who serve the customers only with their bonuses in mind!

My factory order of an RS5 Coupe took an unexpected detour -- to the bottom of the Atlantic! Yes, I was one of thousands of expectant Audi and Porsche buyers whose cars sank to Davy Jones' Locker in March. Then when the replacement arrived in June it was missing a very minor detail that I could not do without: red brake calipers. My coupe has the lovely, milky flat "Nardo Grey" paint, with black detailing. With such a "grey-on-grey" color scheme, a very small detail of blazing red makes the whole thing POP! Seeing my disappointment, my salesperson, Natasha Solomon, researched ways the red calipers could be retrofitted. The first approach was to simply paint the black calipers red, which was done. The results were not good. The paint used did not have the eye-pulsing "optical" intensity of the factory equipment version. Seeing that this would not do, Natasha and her sales manager, Michael Spencer, did not wait for me to complain. When they dropped the car off at my home, it was with the news that they had already ordered the factory equipment calipers from Germany. These are sales people who love their fine Audi product. They could not bear to see, anymore than I could, such a beautiful car not look as good as it can, so they stepped up to get it right.

Had a great experience at Audi Bellevue. We had been talking about hybrids for a while but had no experience with them. On our way home after a trip we stopped by Bellevue Audi to see what a new hybrid might be like. Quoc introduced us to the Audi lineup. They had exactly the car we were thinking about and after driving it, we were convinced. Quoc facilitated the whole experience, the purchase process taking less time than any past experience I have had. I have called on Quoc to follow up questions after the sale and he has responded promptly getting us the information we needed. Overall a great experience and glad we met Quoc, who has gone the extra mile to help us.

Arteom at AUDI BELLEVUE helped us get into a (lease) very rare (due to lack of Q3's in the US) Audi Q3 2022 model. Good job Arteom. The 22 Q3 is bigger than the 2016 we own, but drives just like the 2016 model only a little bit smoother. We like the extra space, and features our 2016 Q3 does not have. Arteom explained how the new features work and remains available to explain any of the electronics we don't quite understand. We will be buying a new current model Q3 once we can get a model and color that meets our requirements. Note, we bought our 2016 Q3 from AUDI BELLEVUE also.

They emailed me for weeks trying to get me in for a test drive and when I finally decided to give one of their cars a try, I was called 2 minutes before my appointment (after driving all the way to their dealership) and told that the car was already sold. I had to take my Audi E-Tron to service because the pre-sense was going off randomly and stopped in the middle of the road. Bad: I called service, they gave me an appointment two weeks down the road, so I didn't use the car for two weeks (luckily I had another one). Good: I showed up one day in advance to my appointment (messed up the dates), they were very accommodating in taking the car. Bad: They don't give you loaners and sent you home in a lyft. They texted me to get the car, but didn't provide a way to get to the dealership, so I had to ask my wife to drive me. They didn't even explained me the outcome or what happened, when I asked, they just read from the printout but didn't really knew what was going on. If you pay 80k for a car, I expect better service, you also have to live up to Audi's reputation. I also have a Lexus and the service is way better there. I am seriously thinking on just change the E-Tron for some other car as service quality is extremely important to me. Update: I did try to call as suggested in the reply. First, I am given the options of service, sales, parts, others. I pick others, I don't know the extension so I am given the options of sales, service, finance, parts. I pick sales just to get to talk to somebody, I am given the options, buy a new car, used car. I am not buying a car but to talk to somebody I say new car, then the sales person tell me that he can't put me in touch with the general manager. I then give up. You have my details so isn't better to proactively reach to customers if you want to amend the situation instead of asking them to reach out? specially when you don't have a customer care option.

very disappointed. I brought my Q5 for the recall and fix the turn signal malfunction. The service person told me that I got an accident and fixed at Non-Audi factory. I never got and accident and never fixed anything at anywhere else but he did not trust me. I called many time and left a message many time but I never got reply from him and his GM (very unprofessional customer support) . it took more that 3weekes to reach him in person and finally he admitted Audi will cover all the cost of the rework. I asked him the Non-Audi parts on my car and I took the photos of those, I believed I leased brand new car but it seems I leased `used car` with non-Audi parts on it. Since then I don't receive any call from him or his GM about why my Q5 have non-Audi parts. Again, I very disappointed and I can not trust Audi Bellevue anymore.

this service lacked in almost every category from the very beginning. 3-4 weeks to get an appointment, unpleasant on arrival, waited for 5 mins before someone would acknowledge I was there (not that busy at 7:45am). 50K service, informed that driver side windshield wiper spray wasn't working. I think I received no less than 6 notifications of my appt. I asked for a loaner car a minimum of 3 times. Was never told no yet when I got there, no loaner car. I had to cancel all my morning appts as I had no transportation...after 3 weeks? wow.... Service only took a few hours but service advisor then came in to verify I was the one with the windshield spray/nozzle that wasn't working. I was then told the car was being taken back to the service area to get that looked at, would provide a quote, etc. 45 mins later, told it would take an hour or more to fix it or I could bring it back. I opted to bring it back. Still no quote on cost. When leaving, service tech brought me my keys. Received NO paperwork on the work that was done, no info on any issues with the car, no recommendations, etc., etc. Needless to say, an extremely subpar experience and to wait 3-4 weeks for the pleasure, I will most likely take my car elsewhere for service...

Yesterday was our first interaction with Audi of Bellevue and I found them to be friendly, on time and informative. We were provided with a Lyft to breakfast, our appointment was lengthy, and upon our return we scheduled our 40,000 tune up. Car maintenance just became easy for us.

Great experience. They were very busy and not sure they could get the routine service and the more specialized recall service done in the same day. Only the shop foreperson could do the recall work and she was jammed. I told Michael that I had to drive to Portland the next day and he assured me he'd get me a rental car or a loaner. Even better, they got all the work done that day, and I was off to Portland in my fully-tuned and washed Q5. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I worked with sales associate, Anastasiya Timkina, for the purchase of my certified pre-owned vehicle. I went in looking for a new vehicle, but they just are not available. Anastasiya was patient in answering all of my questions and recommended a newly available certified pre-owned that was en route to the dealership. She offered her expertise on all differences between the model years and even after I left the dealership she was still available to answer any follow-up questions. When the car arrived, she made sure she was available to assist me based on my schedule. I got to test drive it, loved it, and she never pressured me to purchase. I was embarrassingly unprepared on the day I purchased the vehicle which caused her and some other staff to stay way later than closing time. Neither Anastasiya nor Muhsin made me feel rushed during the process and they didn't make me feel bad for making them stay so late after hours. Exceptional knowledge of the product, professional, and extremely patient. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase an Audi should work with Anastasiya!

Great experience with the sales rep. The financing we really pushy. I told them no about 10 times on there extended coverage but weren't expect no for an answer. I was not very happy with that. I could believe that she would keep shoving it down my throat. After the tenth time she offer me a discount. I dont know why it took so long for her to get me a discount. That should have been something she talked about first. But sales rep was every nice but not to educated on the car I bought. I hope they don't try to force people into extend coverage that don't need it. That is what's holding me back from giving them 5 stars. Just a little to pushy. They coukd go about it in a different way and it would be much better.

I think Audi service is okay, and I appreciated their use of Uber/Lyft vs. shuttles to get you to and from the appointment. I removed a star because it can take 6 weeks to get a simple oil change appointment, plus, even with oil change and a break flush 1/2 day of service, they did not take any care to top off washer fluid, a quick vacuum, or even report on what was inspected at pick up. Adding washer fluid and a quick floor vacuum has become standard service at every every other service shop and dealership I’ve been to, and I expected that from Audi, given they charge a $$$ premium and I waited 6 weeks to get it. If Jiffy lube can top off washer fluid and a quick interior vacuum for a $50 oil change, Audi really should deliver this basic service too. No they want you to pay $$$ for detailing, but that’s booked out and really $$. I paid enough for my service package, this little touch of care is disappointing for the investment. Heck, Toyota even washed the exterior when I took it in for an oil change. It would be nice to see these basics added back, Audi!

Nice dealership and staff, but do not buy the Veritas auto protection. We bought the Deluxe plan for $2,900 thinking we would be well-covered, but have been very disappointed with the dishonest practices of their partners. 1) Veritas entered our Deluxe plan as Basic and denied our claims. When we found out what was going on, we had them fix this. 2) We are trying to reprocess the claims, but Veritas is telling us stories that do not add up e.g. they called the mechanic and he refused to provide the needed information to reprocess the claims and had hung up on them. I followed up with the mechanic which we trust and he confirmed they had called but said they only wanted a specific type of part numbers and not the part numbers he was willing to give and that he had not hung up on them. 3) in multiple follow-up calls with veritas, they have promised to follow-up and then failed to do so. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and frankly feel the $2,900 I paid for the protection was wasted. In fairness to the dealership. They have done their best to rectify the issue and I have therefore updated my review to 3 stars. They agreed to pay a partial refund for the policy which has helped toward the repair costs.

I like the team at Audi but waiting 6 weeks for an oil change is a long wait, and I really wish they would top off my washer fluid, and do a quick vacuum. Even jiffy lune offers this basic with every appointment, and I’d expect that from Audi. My last dealer did an exterior wash and vacuum anytime I brought my car in, but maybe those days are over.

My appointment for my car service was for 9:20am. I was expecting this yo be a 2-3 hour wait max. It took almost 5 hours! The service rep was very kind to keep me updated with the progress and offered me an Uber to go wherever I wanted. But the car service time (which was just a normal checkup) took way too long and it became very annoying.

Just moved to the area and took my car in for the first time at the Bellevue location. Kyle Lau took excellent care of me as I walked up to the desk. Although they were very busy, he made sure to greet me and take his time checking me in through the process. He was very friendly, and helpful and made me feel my car was in good hands. Audi Bellevue Service is a large, full service dealer with lots of perks and bells and whistles. They’re efficient, friendly, and professional. And it’s easy to find time to get your car in pretty quick. But none of this matters when it takes multiple appointments and thousand of dollars to fix things correctly. In 2019 I took my car in because the engine was intermittently failing to start. It took four visits and four different services over 12 months to address the issue. And each time they charged me for something else, acting as if trial and error was the only way to correct things. On a return appointment in 2021 (I know, I know) I brought the car back only to discover that they failed to perform two of the three services I asked for. And the thing they charged me to fix, didn't resolve the problem. I immediately took my car somewhere else to discover that what was needed was a mechanic who would take time to diagnose my vehicle and confirm my issue. They didn't just plug in a computer. They actually examined the engine, found the oil leak that this service dept. had said was only a faulty monitor. I've come to believe that Audi Bellevue basically just checks the error codes and fixes whatever the computer tells them to. They don't perform actual inspections or due diligence to confirm their diagnostic or if other factors are at issue. They address the error codes, charge you, and send you on your way. Waiving the charges for diagnostics and a loaner were my only concessions. But I would have paid those fees if they would have fixed my car correctly the first time. I was fortunate to have had a great mechanic once. Unfortunately, he passed away and I was unable to find someone I trusted. I went to the dealer out of convenience and returned (against my better judgement) because I thought history and loyalty might count for something. I know I was naive but it is what it is. I'll move on, but learn from my lesson and don't service your vehicle with Audi Bellevue.

First Daniel’s customer service and thorough explanation of my 75k service was excellent and I couldn’t have asked for better. However other than that I do not have anything positive left to say. I brought my Q5 home after spending over $1200 on my 75k service which included and oil change. After I got home the next day my oil low light came on. Very confused I checked my oil and it showed that it was below the minimum level. I waited the allotted time thinking this must be a mistake however it still read low. I called first thing at 0700 when the service department opened and spoke with someone and asked for a manager to return my call as I was concerned and would like this issue to be explained. After waiting 4 hours with no return phone call I called back. After waiting 20 minutes on hold I was hung up on and needed to call back a second time and waited 15 minutes. I asked for a manager and someone finally picked up the phone. I was told there was “a security issue happening in the store” and the manager was in a meeting and would need to call me back. 2 hours later a manager finally called me back and said I needed to take it to the nearest Audi dealer but I should be fine because a “very low” oil light hadn’t come on yet. On my drive to Audi of Tacoma that light in fact did come on. Now I was deeply concerned that there was going to be irreparable damage. Once I arrived at Audi of Tacoma I preceded to tell them my situation and that I was very upset with how Audi of Bellevue had handled this situation. They were amazing!!!!!! After about 30 minutes I was told that yes in fact my car barely had any oil in it at all and it was a good thing I came in when I did. There were no leaks no sensor issues just no oil. How is this even possible?!?!?! I am completely disappointed that this happened and how the situation was handled. How do I even know that the rest of the things that were checked at that service were done correctly? Do I go to a different dealer and pay for them to double check the work that was completed? I don’t know what to do other than I will NEVER return to Audi of Bellevue.

Audi of Bellevue performed oil leak repair on our Q7. Car was in the shop for over a week and according to the service report there was a leak from valve covers - same were resealed and tested. We were charged ~$150 for parts and ~$1400 for labor. Car was put back in service and we drove it home directly from the shop. Few hours later we noticed a puddle of oil underneath the engine. Next day the car was towed back to Audi of Bellevue for inspection. Car stayed another 2 days in their shop - technicians found missing gasket causing the leak. When we asked about what went wrong during the initial repair and why the gasket was missing, service manager refused to explain and simply said "It's fixed now". We're still in disbelieve why we were treated so poorly when we were trying to get more information about the faulty repair? Very disappointed by the services provided and the way we were treated as customers!

Really disappointed with the service department. It’s been impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. I tried to call this past week during service hours for a flat tire. Service line recording said you are 10th in line, after 40mins I was 6th in queue. I ended up calling Audi Seattle and got through right a way. They were very helpful and good communication. I also had a manufacturing defect in Jan and called, recording said you are 10th in line (this is what I hear every time I try to call) and stayed on phone for an hour and was still in the queue, so I just drove car to dealership instead. Then I could not get any updates or response on status during repair cause again couldn’t get through via the service phone line. I wanted to give benefit of doubt in Jan due to holiday and staffing from Covid but getting the same 10th in queue recording and extended period of time on the phone with no answer is ridiculous. Unless they change and are more responsive and proactive I’ll be taking business elsewhere.

We visited this dealership today to look at a used Volvo they had on the lot, and we were ENTIRELY unprepared for making a purchase. We were hopeful, but had not done the proper intelligent planning, which means the staff had to work extra hard to get everything set for us. Daniel and Diana should have extra kudos for this. They were both amazing to work with, patient, and maintained their energy through the longer process due to our unpreparedness. They stayed positive and kept us in the loop as to every step and what to expect next. Not only that, they were fun to talk to. We could not be more thrilled with our experience. As a side note, the French Vanilla Moka (it's how the machine spelled it!) they offer for their guests in the "Cafe" is ridiculously delicious. It's amazing that it was machine made! I am rewriting a former pretty bad review. We have an Audi Q5, with about 80k miles that developed a bad steering problem. I had called the service center to see how long to get an appointment and it was about three weeks! However, since I had told them the car was not really drivable they said that I could leave it with them and they could try to fit it in on a fill-in basis. I got a call later that afternoon from a service lead manager, Will, who said that if I could get it in the next day he thought he would be able to look at it much sooner than three weeks. Turns out they figured the problem out in about a day and a half, had the part on hand and fixed it in another day. In all we had the car fixed in four days and back home instead of waiting weeks and weeks. I was very happy with this latest service experience.

Despite numerous text reminders of the appointment, there was never any communication about part availability or rescheduling. Parts may not be in supply but communication doesn't cost much. Very poor customer service. Purchased Q5 couple of months back and since then, we have had sub-par experience with almost every interaction at this centre. 1. Brand NEW Car was delivered even without being washed or cleaned up. Had to take the car back next day for through check and cleaning. 2. Appointments are always atleast 1 month out. Even for situations which may render the vehicle unsuable (security alarm going off randomly, flat tire, etc.). So what’s the point of purchases all those extra insurance add-ons from Audi if you can even get it addressed on time? We found some local alternatives over time 3. Struggled for 2-3 months with the Audi Connect set-up. Although team was quite helpful with communication and eventually resolving it, it was such a waste of time to be worrying for something like this for a new vehicle

Service advisors are very kind, but when you make an appointment for say an oil change at 8:30 AM, they don’t necessarily take your vehicle and get right on it even if you tell them you’re waiting for the vehicle and not dropping it off. It took over 3 hours for an oil change that was supposed to take an hour and a half max and I was late to everything I had going the rest of the day (and they told me it would be no longer than an hour and a half as well)

This is the second time I lease a car at Audi Bellevue. The sales rep was great. She did her best to make sure I was happy with the deal. It's very sad that all the good work of sales people gets spoiled when you talk to the Finance team. I was introduced to a very rude finance manager who said something like "that's the price, I understand you want a better price but if you can't pay I don't know how to help you, I just bought a car myself and that's how things work" I also asked her for some numbers, which I felt she made them up and when I asked her to see them she got upset and started to act more rude. The store manager is a very customer-centric person. He got engaged and I got to work with a different Finance Manager. I love my new car and the overall experience was good.

Stop the Press. No need to spend days going from dealership to dealership looking for a used (preowned) vehicle that meets the requirements. Audi Bellevue delivered big time. Audi B has a work sheet of their entire inspections that point out issues, and then a follow up maintenance sheet showing the repairs or maintenance provided. Non of the other dealerships had this. (It's usually car fax and that's it) Our purchase was like the picture. detailed inside, perfect on the outside, the engine was strong, New brakes and tires, and with respectful low mileage. Yes I paid a little more than the other dealerships asking price for the same car, But Wow. It actually was like new but still 7 years young. For sure just know one thing, Audi Bellevue does not sell junk. They care that the buyer gets the quality and safety of a well maintenance car. - I didn't forget the sales person who helped us. I bought a 2018 Mazda CX5 from the salesman, Benson. I was very impressed by his professional and yet 'walk extra mile' attitude from him. Literally, he drove to my home just to show the car to my wife which billed him more than 2 hours with no guarntee of sales. Then, he did it again to get her signature. He genuinely loves what he does with the 'customer first' mindset and I know it's not easy nowadays to find one. This attitude aparts him from all the salesmen I usually deal with by far, and I would recommend him to anyone around me who may need a car in the future.

Disgusting Customer Service!!! My husband and I came here to check for a specific Audi Car model. When we entered the building, no one entertained us. We just end up standing in the middle of the receiving area for few minutes like lost puppies. Very awkward. No one stood up to help us, We approached someone and they keep pointing fingers who would talk to us. Eventually one of the staffs came up and told us the model we’re looking for is not available and that 30 PEOPLE PUT DOWNPAYMENT FOR 2023 just to get on the waiting list. We didn’t waste any more minute because of these HORRIBLE TREATMENT. I’M SURE IT’S BECAUSE WERE NOT WEARING SUIT AND TIE. He was one of the best sales assistant we have ever worked with. Had a very bad experience with a new Ford product that was purchased less than a year ago. After scouring the web for suitable alternatives, I came across a preowned SQ8 at Audi of Bellevue and my sales contact Arteom made the transaction happen. Went out of his way to get details of my Ford while it was still being serviced at the Ford dealership, and made the potentially stressful process very smooth and relatively painless. Given the current market condition, I paid top dollar for the Audi but I received a fair trade in value for the Ford. Overall I recommend Audi Bellevue for their service level and professionalism. At the 75 K servicing, the issues I had (engine light and rear brake light warning in the dashboard) were not addressed .. I was also sent home with a clamp missing on the diesel line, which resulted in massive diesel leak in my garage .. The car had to be towed to a local mechanic to fix the problem. He told me that the car could have been in flames, and I was lucky that it did not happen... The Audi of Bellevue has offered to fix these things tomorrow. I will write about my experience during this second visit Review Continued a few weeks later... The second visit was more awful than the first one... I was "greeted" by Dave, who made sure to tell his colleague "I know, this is the guy who gave us a bad review".... He kept my car and though I was promised that I would have the water pump replaced in a day, it took them 8 days to do that... I wonder if the job takes 8 days or it was the decision of the Audi Service center staff to punish me for the bad review.. And despite keeping the car for 8 days, my engine malfunction light is still on (not sure if they even looked at it) and a new warning light for right rear brake and indicator light came on when I drove off... They tried to tell me that they had done the diagnostics for free ( I was told at an earlier servicing that my TDI model was eligible for FREE diagnostics and repair of engine malfunction light) and they even tried to charge me higher than the promised fees for the water pump replacement. Ultimately, they took off about $ 400. I talked to Audi Headquarters and reported the rudeness of the people in the dealership and the lady at the HQ called me the next day to inform me that the dealership will reach out to me... It's been a week since then, I am waiting....

I'm lovin' my new Audi e-tron; it's an EV SUV. Power, responsiveness, cushy ride, no gas - what could be better? My biggest worry was maintenance. So when an electronic component failed I was worried that the dealership might not have the needed skills. It was a serious project. But they did a fabulous job. So my level of confidence in the new EV world is sky high. No more oil changes, filters, spark plugs......... Love it!

The service center at Audi Bellevue is woeful and dealt with my wife in what I feel was an unconscionable manner. My wife’s Audi A4 is experiencing a safety problem related to the airbag system that is the cause of an ongoing recall. The passenger airbag routinely turns off due to a known sensor malfunction. She called a month ago to let Dave & crew know that she is experiencing the safety issue, that the airbag is now deactivated in a way that she can’t change herself, and that she needs to have the recall service done asap before an upcoming road trip. They told her they’re running low on parts, and that they can’t work her into the schedule, which is full of others that aren’t actually experiencing the defect at all. They said they’d put her name on a list and then call her when they had more parts. They told her it was fine to drive it. She called again yesterday to find out the status, and they informed her that there is, in fact, no “list” of people to call when inventory increases. They had lied to her about that. They then advised her to go ahead and drive the cross country trip she needs to take next week in spite of the security risk, and then placed her on a 30 min hold to schedule the recall service later in the month. Extremely unhappy with a recent service visit. When the vehicle was less than four months old the navigation system ceased working. This impacted several other vehicle functions. I had a difficult time scheduling a service appointment. When I finally scheduled one, I drove over two hours for the appointment. The primary reason for the appointment was to resolve this problem. However, the service department completely failed to address the issue. I am now left with the same vehicle malfunction and need to schedule another service appointment. This is extremely inconvenient for me because of the distance I reside from an authorized Audi service department

So, worst customer service I’ve ever seen. After three separate trips to get my car top fixed, they finally decided it was just a battery, while the battery worked, it wasn’t strong enough to open the top any more. Get a new battery. But it’s defective. Lifetime warranty! Woo hoo! Fantastic, let’s get it replaced. Ummm. No. Can’t do anything that simple. You can’t bring just the battery in to get it replaced. You have to bring the whole car in. You know, the one without a working battery? So it doesn’t start? So seriously, have a car towed in to have a battery replaced under warranty. The battery is portable, towing costs how much? While we miss the old Audi of Bellevue, AutoNation is an actual joke for customer service. We already bought our most recent Audi from somewhere else, and would highly recommend you do too.

I told them there is noise at the rear windshield and the guy said he could take a look and confirmed with me if he could go ahead to replace it if needed to. And when I picked up the car, he said they replaced it. But when I drove the car back, I can still hear that noise loud. Hi- My first eTron service experience was not good. I had high expectations coming in. Few issues: 1) No clear communication when they need an extra second day (due to all recalls), the text message was not clear enough. Taking more than 2 days seems odd for the service.l 2) When returned, the car was not washed. Of all my years of experience with other cars, this is the first time the car returned (after 2 days) without a car wash. 3) The charges estimated initially were different when it is done. I have not asked for a fragrance refill, but they did it and charged. Overall, I didn't think they lived up to the expectations. I hope they will do better next time.

My radiator had a leak supposedly. They ordered my radiator part and the day it was getting installed the tech Jesse Ashdown was not careful when removing my radiator hose and broke it. They said I needed a new one and would not take responsibility for breaking it. I could barely afford the repairs with the initial diagnosis and quote let alone a part I didn’t break to begin with. I tried talking to everyone in power and no one wanted to hear me out. Janelle Keller was gaslighting me. She told me that since my car is 14 years old the part “disintegrated” in the Jesse’s hand when he went to remove it. From the picture provided by them you can see it’s a clean cut. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to take responsibility. It wasn’t broken when you did my diagnosis that is on you guys. Not a proper way to run your business.

I have booked my appointment 20 days in advance online while over the phone with one of their customer service executives for a quick oil change ... they said it would be done in 2 hours. Both Natasha and Adam were very knowledgeable about the Q5, were able to help me find a trim that was a good fit, and answered all of my questions. I especially appreciate Natasha’s communication skills and transparency. On my initial visit, I was told that the vehicle I had wanted to purchase would not arrive/be on the lot for another 6-8 weeks, but not even an hour after leaving the dealership, she reached out to me to let me know that the vehicle would arrive in the next week — which to my surprise arrived as she said it would. On the day of purchase Natasha worked with me by calling regularly with updates in regards to the status of the vehicle for pick up — from inspection to detailing. Service advisor Mr. Harrell definitely exceeded my expectations. Last year I did not have the most welcoming/friendly experience when I took my vehicle for service. As some of you know Bellevue Audi gets overwhelmed with maintenance requests and dropping off your vehicle can be overwhelming! You could be waiting for a while until someone assist you. My last encounter with them, I had an Appt scheduled and my vehicle was not serviced and I was told I would need to reschedule. This was around 5:30pm towards the end of the day! If they knew they were overbooked or understaffed I wish they would have told me earlier in the day so I could have at least had my vehicle throughout the day. That was not the case this time around. Mr. Harrell was extremely friendly when I checked in, well composed, polite, not stressed, and actually asked if I had been helped. He made sure my vehicle was serviced the same day and in a timely manner! He definitely made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands and that Audi will be taking good care of it. Hands down they need to hire more knowledgeable people like him.

When doing my regular maintenance recommended by the manufacturer, the dealer told me that the brake pads need to be replaced immediately because they are very worn already. Before I always could get the brake wear sensor warned me when it's close to a replacement. But this time the sensor didn't. If I delayed this maintenance, it's not safe to use the worn brakes too long. I had all my maintenance and repairs done by Audi dealer. This visit cost a lot more than I expected for regular maintenance. What a surprise. Either the previous replacement didn't get the brake sensor right, or, if the sensor is working, the current replacement is not that urgent yet.

The service department is beyond incapable when it comes to any issue that isn't simple routine. I purchased a brand new car that had a few issues from the start. For one of them (Traffic Jam Assist not functioning) the first two service visits they just didn't think there was an issue (even though it was very clear that something was going wrong on video, and I provided a very clear explanation of the problem via email). The service manager insisted that there was no problem and that "maybe I should try driving on different roads", "it's a very sensitive system", and "the systems in your car are completely different from those in other Audi cars". All just completely made up lies to get me to go away. Only on the third visit (for yet another problem) I requested to have their service foreman join me on a test drive. Within just a few minutes the foreman immediately agreed that there was an issue, and they took the car back in. After trying to fix it for a FULL MONTH, they just gave up. They returned the vehicle to me saying everything works successfully and ALSO saying "your car doesn't have the feature you say is not working". Which is again a lie, it's a 2021 e-tron Sportback Prestige, it's marketed as having "Adaptive Cruise Assist with Traffic Jam Assist". Both the service manager and one of the service advisors I worked with are just completely useless, incapable of independent thought, and will refuse to admit any mistake. They don't know anything about the assistance systems of their cars, clearly, and have demonstrated this multiple times. By now my car has been out of service with them for well over 40 days, and only one out of three reported problems is fixed. Audi Bellevue believes everything is fine. I seriously regret buying a vehicle at Audi Bellevue and getting it serviced here. It's been two months of constant nightmares. (Invoice #538082 for reference.)

Audi of Bellevue Washington provided a comfortable sales experience with my SQ8 order. Minimal fuss and the car come with everything I wanted and nothing I didn?t. I even changed colors after ordering right before production. No problem. Matt was easy to work with and did a great job. We found a listing for a 2014 A4 online and it looked great. It is great. The car appears in nearly new condition and everything works great so far. The salesman (Benson) was knowledgeable and helpful and walked us through the early part of the process. We made an agreement on the purchase then we waited for finance. And waited. And waited. I'm used to financing paperwork taking time, but we were almost the only people in the dealership late on a Saturday, and we waited for an hour and a half before we finally went into the finance office to complete the paperwork. The purchase went well and was easy to process, the finance rep was nice and helpful as well. It was just the wait to get there that almost had us walking out of the store. Regardless, I would go there again to purchase another vehicle, but I would probably bring dinner with me next time.

My only hesitation in recommending Bellevue is my 2016 Q5 had been in 2 times prior, once to review squeaking brakes and another for routine service. Brake pads and rotors were replaced on this 3rd visit. Night and day difference, not sure why the hesitancy during the prior two visits other than the cost.

Found a pre owned car that I wanted to test drive and look at. Made an appointment 4-7 days in advance. When I arrived on a Saturday, working during the week and hard to go in. When I arrived I asked to see the car and was told that someone else was taking it out for a test drive and that if they decided to purchase they would have first dibs. I was confused because I made an appointment and was not told this. So I sat around for 20 mins waiting to see if the other person would buy it. Was finally able to test drive it and based my experience on the seattle Audi dealership. My friend had to move money to send a wire to purchase a pre owned car, they had no problem with that. But at Bellevue, they have a no hold policy for pre owned cars, even if you have the intent to buy it, they won?t hold it even for an hour. I was lucky enough to have checks for an account that had money in it but had to run home to get it. I was told that if someone decided to buy the car within that time I was out of luck. I was extremely upset at this policy because of the service that I had experienced before, you are treated as a number and a sale vs actual customer service at the seattle location. They would sit down and go over the every detail with you, at Bellevue they try to rush you in and out and always concentrating on multiple customers.

The two people who did the paperwork stopped so low to get us to buy an extended warranty on a new car that they almost had us convinced not to buy the car because they are the most expensive to fix and are not reliable. I have never heard of people trying to convince you that the car you are buying is a piece of s#>t. How about next time try the tactic ? it?s mechanical and you just never know, we have a great product but we can?t guarantee every one of them that comes down the line is going to be perfect. I will never go back, not even for service!!!

Absolutely horrible dealership. Their service department seems to only be trained in lying and deceiving people, and much less in fixing cars. More detail: I have a 2018 A5 with 12k miles. Basically a brand new car. The car has had a really strange, very loud clicking sound coming from the front seats. It sounds like there is some metal rubbing against some other metal. It also pokes you in the back when breaking. First time I took the car in in January, they said that it's up to spec and they verified on another car that there is the same behavior. I then went online asking other people about this, and everyone said they never heard this from their seats, ever. I then took the car in again this month. They kept the car for 3 weeks, then said it was fixed. I drove for a few miles after picking up the car and noticed it wasn't fixed. in fact, the driver's seat is now worse than it was before. I complained, then got routed to the service manager who condescendigly told me they did a bunch of repairs, they installed felt tape everywhere, and that it was verified to be okay and that it takes “extreme” effort to make it click now. She also said I could go to a different dealer if I wanted to. I then decided to open the seats myself. What I found is that they obviously did nothing. There was not even a single trace of felt tape anywhere or anything that would help the noise at all. the car was there for 3 weeks. Absolutely horrific and infuriating. I'd rather sell the car than ever go back to this dealer for anything again.

Communication on repairs was excellent, timing to complete work was very good. But 2 items need attention. First, when I booked appointment was told customer waiting are was closed due to Covid and i had to take a loaner car. But upon arrival at facile saw multiples customers waiting for their vehicles in the waiting area and even with free coffee being provided. Second, check-in are has multiple doors access and is chaotic when many customers are waiting at same time as not clear who arrived in which order.

Summary: My 2018 Q7 started to show loud whining noise from engine during acceleration and Audi of Bellevue refuse to perform warranty repair even they clearly heard the noise and stated that's "Normal Supercharger Sound" ,"All Audi supercharged car sounded the same", even I never had the sound in the past two years. Details: I have a 2018 Audi Q7 which was purchased two years ago and now has less than 30k miles. I started to hear a loud whining noise from engine during acceleration and decided to drop off the vehicle for warranty repair. the noise is so obvious that there is no way to be normal for any kind of car .I've been driving this car for the past two years and it never occurred until two weeks ago. I took a video clip that shows the noise and showed the video to the service advisor because I'd like to minimize contact due to COVID19 for the safety of my family and dealer staff. the service advisor stated that the technician will verify the noise based on the video and get back to me. The next day , I received a phone call from them saying they've verified that the noise from the engine is normal. they had two people listening to the car and had the same conclusion that the noise is normal for any super charged car. They stated that they compared with another "known good" car they have and they sounded the same. if I don't agree, I'd need to drive the car with the tech to show them the noise. I stated that due to COVID19 I'd like to minimize contact and I'd like them to try that again and watch my video . I called them later in the day and they said they had another person looking into this and the had the same conclusion that the sound is normal . They will release the car unless I can show them that issue and they need to be able to verify. I had no choice so I went to the dealer and talked with the manager of the service department, she told me exactly the same thing that the sound is normal and they compared with another car and asked me to go to another dealer if I still believe there is a problem. I showed her the video and apparently she heard the sound since I asked her did you hear it and she agreed, but she insisted that she believes the conclusion from the tech. I requested to test drive with the technician , they send the tech to ride with me and during the ride , the noise showed up immediately and the tech stated that that's " normal super charger sound" , " he compared with another car and they sounded the same" . I asked him if we can try the other car , he said " oh, the car is from another customer and it's gone" , I told him I've been driving this car for two years and it wasn't like this until two weeks ago, he said " I didn't drive your car for the past two years so I don't know" , and "I've driven two super charged cars and they all sounded the same. We went back to the dealer and the manager stated that I can go to another dealer like Tacoma and Seattle if I still think there is an issue. I am very disappointed , for such an obvious issue , I don't understand why Autonation Audi of Bellevue would refuse to perform the warranty repair and made multiple false statement to dispute, and risk the safety of the customer and dealer staff during COVID to force us to maintain close contact in the same car when I tried so hard to avoid so. A car , sounded like this , is not normal , however , Audi of Bellevue Service department is trying to make a point that this is how normally an Audi would sound , other cars they have have the same engine noise , their staff's two cars also had the same sound which is "Normal" . Is this what we would expect from an Audi ? in either ways , service quality , or product quality ? I love taking my car to Audi Bellevue. Everyone there is so kind and polite. As a woman it is common place to experience people talking down to me about my car. But here, things are explained plainly, and I’m informed of problems and options. I don’t feel the need to bring my husband with me — and that speaks volumes. I was impressed with how quickly the service center could get me an appointment when I had a warning light come on, and was given a rental car. I was given a phone call and text message when my car was ready for pick up. The text was able to receive responses which worked better for me than a phone call because in my job I don’t usually have time to call back. Audi Bellevue makes it easy to upkeep a gorgeous car.

Repeated routine service & sales fails. -The dealer failed at correctly recording my service intervals correctly, so they tried to convince me the car wasn't due for service. When they admitted their fault, the service representative laughed that he had made the mistake a year prior. Don't count on them to tell you when your car is due for service! -Don't expect the dealer to cover much if any warranty claims. They make it painful. -Don't expect much more than a rinse if they offer to wash your car. For a luxury brand, it's almost comical the service this dealer thinks it's providing. Everything is done with half effort to check an Autonation box. -The dealer went out of its way to charge me $3.60 for gas in the loaner when I had driven it less than 3 miles (I work close to the dealer). Customer service isn't this dealers priority. My wife and I are in the market for a luxury SUV and we're steering clear of Audi Bellevue and Audi in general because of these guys. Their sales staff reached out to me for a potential upgrade and trade-in of our current car. I responded both times they reached out and they failed to get back to me on a potential trade-in or upgrade. We'll be looking into BMW and Mercedes SUVs. If you stick with the Audi brand, do yourself a favor and get your purchase and service done at Seattle Audi. Their service is much more consumer friendly and easy to deal with.

At a high level. Audi of Bellevue is refusing to honor the warranty on my car. The dealer refuses to repair my car even though the service manager and foreman detected the problem and the first time i reported the problem was at the time the car was under warranty by the dealer. So far, I've taken the car 4 times to the dealer to report the same problem and every time, they claim it's ok. A couple of weeks ago, I took it again. This time I took the foreman for a test drive, he detected the problem--slippage in transmission when the car comes to a stop. Within 1 minute of the service GM driving the car, he detected the problem. Yet they claimed it "rarely" happens! they even sent an email to Audi claiming that it rarely occurs and could barely be felt. when I asked them whether they would fix transmission if I paid for it. The answer was a clear "yes". At times, the slip is strong enough that I've become worried for my own safety, should it happen on wet or slippery roads. I informed the dealer of the risk, yet they simply ignored it.

Good service but no rental cars available. I felt like other customers were negotiating the price of their services. One reason I bought and Audi/ take it their for repairs is I expect to be treated fairly. I do not want to have to haggle over repair costs. If your company is charging too much or allowing people to bargain prices, you are not the quality I thought you were. It makes me want to trade in my car and get a different brand.

Several of the problems that I brought my Audi in for were not fixed, even after having the car in the shop for a week and I was told everything was taken care of when I took it home. Had to bring it back and now it will be in for another week to try to diagnose the problem! Anytime the repair shop has to deal with Germany things become very very slow to get repaired and then they are rarely repaired to the customer's satisfaction.

I had service done on my Audi Q5 and Michael H. was assisting me with the whole process and he was great. The communication was great, I was constantly updated on the process and he made everything go very smooth and fast. He also made it possible for me to pick up my car and drop off the loaner at the later hour, which I very much appreciated! When I came to pick up my car Daniel was very kind and professional and helped with the process of returning the loaner and pick up of my car. I was looking forward to my service at Audi in Bellevue, because every service prior to this one had always been exceptional. However, this time it was disappointment after disappointment. I live in Yakima, WA. So, when I have to come to this side of the mountains it requires extra planning. Factor in weather, and being a new mother I?m sure you can guess what happened. When scheduling the service, I had spoken to a woman who went above and beyond making me believe that when I would arrive customer service would follow. Boy was I wrong! The check-in was fine. I had to stay the night for my service so I had brought some luggage. However, no one asked me if I needed any help. I did it myself while holding my baby. Luckily there was a woman who helped me get my car seat out. The day after I went to go pick up my car it was busy. I understand businesses get busy, but it took three people before me to even ask if I?d been helped. One person even got helped twice before I was asked. Before leaving I was asked to GIVE 5 stars. I again had to move my own luggage. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the two women who made me feel welcome with my child. I most definitely will be thinking twice before coming back to this Audi for future services. This is unfortunate because I love my car, but will probably be looking at getting a different vehicle.

we had our wiring harness, for the backup camera, replaced in Oct. It quit working again and we were told it was bent. We clearly didn't do anything to bend it and thought it had to be when the tech was in there working, The service advisor was very helpful and he did give a small discount on the labor. For the exception of the salesperson, who was very intuitive and helpful, the entire process from start to finish was simply a disaster. My sales representative is the only reason they will get 2 stars from me, otherwise, I would have given them 1. All of this hinged on the financial department that handled my leasing experience. What should have been a smooth 2 hour process ended up going over 6 days of back-and-forth problems with the lease. The individual handling it decided to write the lease in his favor and when called out, the initial response was to make this about me. After pushback and threats, the GM of this dealership extended two options: I could unwind the deal or rewrite it. I decided to have them rewrite it, to which more problems ensued. Rather than extend a hand to help and make this convenient for me, they decided I should have to go out out of my way again to drive there and fix it. I have additional details regarding the conversations that ensued, along with voicemails left that frankly upsets me and questions their entire business and how they handle their prospective customers. I will not recommend this place nor will I release with them as a result of this experience.

I went in on Saturday to buy a car, as soon as I walked through the doors Joe came up and was very helpful right off the bat. I told him what car I was interested in and he found it and brought it out so I could test drive it. The buying process was smooth and fast, everyone that worked there was super friendly. I have been a BMW owner for over a decade. I am not impressed by the service experience. First thing I was told was that Audi Bellevue, part of Autonation network can?t see the old service records because the pre-owned Audi was not bought there. BS, I was able to create an account on Audi website and pull the record in less than a minute. BMW dealership pulls record from my key fob all the time. Perhaps, the service advisor didn?t want to spend effort in extra steps. Second he tried to sell me a $1000 service on a $10K car. Audi Bellevue is closer to my house so I went ther. Next time I am driving to Seattle!

My wife's Audi had a recall and the dealership was actually able to accommodate us the same day we called. They offered a lift to nearby mall since the repairs were likely to take about 1.5 hrs. I chose to walk around the neighborhood to get some exercise and the car was ready as promised. They even washed the car. Very happy with the service!

Paul promised us to send copies of our signed documents and pay off the outstanding loan. it has been a week and they still refuse to send us copies of sale documents that we signed. The loan is still outstanding. The person who we dealt with is "off" and tells us that we have to wait until he is back to work to get the documents. No one else at the dealership apparently have access to these documents since Paul dealt with the sale. After 4 days of no response, Paul says that he does not handle the paperwork and is not responsible for it. How can be so unprofessional and not give us copies of the paperwork after 5 days of sale? It sounds extremely sketchy and unprofessional.

Wasn't a fan of the overall experience with this dealership. I did end up leasing a vehicle here, mostly to avoid having to lease in Portland (who had a similar spec). The buying experience was rough, the staff seemed annoyed by my questions, and general sentiment for someone purchasing a $70k SUV wasn't what I would expect it to be. I've had to go back a couple times for follow up items and found that my primary contact (my sales rep) had been let go, and the new guy gives the bare minimum because he's not making any money off me. At the end of the leasing process, they make you fill out this stupid survey in front of your sales rep, that the rep is "required" to get back (I think this is an AutoNation thing). Not sure why management thought this was a good idea, it removes any possible chance of honest feedback. Maybe it was designed that way. Additionally, service prices at this specific dealership are absurd compared to other Audi dealerships in the area ($100s more for the same service), likely because they figure people will spend the difference for convenience. Lastly, I observed several staff sitting and working with no masks on during a pandemic. This won't matter in a years time, and they did tend to put them on when they noticed a customer coming, but this was off-putting in general. Wear the mask, it's not worth the risk to yourself or others. Surely your co-workers matter enough to keep them on?

I had been working with the sales representative over the phone, as I live out of the area, for a few days. We were communicating about a specific vehicle. He sent a video, and I was headed over as soon as two last questions were answered. He didn't respond all day. At the end of the day he gave me an associate's contract info as he was not working for two days. At first I thought I could wait, but then I contacted the associate within a few hours to put earnest money on the car until the original sales representative returned and could answer my questions, and we could then complete the sale. This associate tried to sell me a different car. I told him no, I want the one I have been working on. He said it sold the day before. I was still talking to the first guy then! Four days later, the original representative finally got back to me. He told me that the first car sold. He said they got another one in, but it sold a day later. He said he would keep his eyes open for me.... Wow - no thank you!

Throughout the day, Will was in communication on my status of my Audi as he knew I was coming a great distance to pick up the car that evening. Not only did he text, but fulfilled my request for misplaced paperwork on my end, by having it at the counter when I arrived late that evening. Feedback for Audi Bellevue: Overly expensive service that took twice as long as expected. My husband has been taking care of our cars for years, but he died this year. I was in the neighborhood, so I visited Audi Bellevue to change the name and contact information on the record and make an appointment for service. Michael did a nice job of helping me with these steps. We arranged for an appointment the next day, and chose an inexpensive level of service. The next day, John took care of me, and he proposed a level of service much more expensive. Do you always try and shaft unsuspecting customers with unnecessary service? It has been so long that I had forgotten to be wary of this behavior from automotive repair establishments. Rude awakening. I was promised the car would be ready in two hours. It took four. Don't you prioritize service on cars where people are waiting on site? Next time I'll have to get a loaner car simply because I can't trust you to complete in time, which will increase your costs and my costs. Do you not see how these things work together? Failed to perform service in a timely fashion.

Sales people and service guys are great! I just think they are lacking in some of the basic knowledge of these newer operating systems. Which is understandable, I can hardly drive it with some much to learn. Few things were not working so we brought it down on a Wednesday morning and told it may take a few days so we waited for the call and never received it till the fallowing Tuesday from Enterprise asking when we were bringing the car back because our car had been done almost a week ago. I was confused seeing how the dealership never called us. Turns out they had my number wrong even after reverifying with me before I left dropping it off. This was frustrating but was more annoying when we got there to find out nothing was wrong with the car and all these issues were just part of the cars operating system that were easily explained within minutes but somehow couldn’t just be explained the day I brought it in. Which would have been easy to do in a few mins. Why do the back lights not going on? Because it doesn’t work when the car is running to avoid children flashing it. Why does are rear end not go up and down? Apparently you need to be on flat ground for that to work. Back doors don’t shut properly? No because they don’t have the same spring action as the front doors to keep vehicles weight down. Again all these things could have been easily explained with just basic knowledge of the vehicle. I get that ours is a 2020 SQ5 but still... for as much as we paid for this boujie money pit we should be able to get knowledgeable service on basic running operations associated with the model. Then to not try harder to get a hold of us, when they had my email, husband’s number too, car rental had my number, pretty much any other way to contact me but didn’t use it till a week later. It just sat there while we drove a pos rental waiting for their call... Makes zero sense.

I went to Audi of Bellevue for a set of new tires for our Q7 - new Pirellis to replace the original tires. My first problem was getting an underinflated tire warning about ten minutes after leaving the dealership. The next morning I was checking the tire pressure and noted that Continental tires had been mounted. I had to return to the dealership - a two hour trip each way - to get the tires I had ordered. Again, about ten minutes after leaving the dealership with the new tires the underinflated tire warning came on. I checked the tire pressures and corrected them to the proper 35 psi and reset the tire warning system. I paid Audi prices to get this work done and I am not satisfied with the quality.

Just what you expect from somebody who's taking care of something important for you. I made the trip from Moses Lake but I wouldn't hesitate in going back next time I need to. The process for buying and selling a car was TEDIOUS and unnecessary. It took 1 1/2 hours and 19 signatures to merely sell my old car. Several of the forms were redundant in the info they sought. The sales rep was very courteous and polite, but the underlying process was VERY aggravating.

I took my ’05 A4 with over 200k on it in for an airbag recall, and was amazed at the wonderful service I received! Audi of Bellevue repair my car quickly at no cost to me, washed it, and provided a loaner vehicle for me to use for the day. Oh, and the loaner? It was a new A4 S-Line! Wow! What a car! I had a difficult time trading it back in for mine! Thanks for making me feel like a King for a day Audi of Bellevue!

I took my daughter’s Q3 in for service. The scheduler online quoted $153 for 65,000 mile service. When I got there, the nice, friendly service rep quoted me $1,000, including charges for “oil conditioner”, “deep crankcase clean”, and, most ridiculously, a chlorox clean “for their protection”. I refused them all, but the idea of my daughter standing next to me trying to refuse the sales pitch without me there STILL has me fuming. This sort of blatant up sell for COMPLETELY unnecessary services to line their pockets has turned me off to Audi. Forever.

After dealing with a salesmen over the phone I was told that "today only" I would get a very large discount on a vehicle I have had my eye on for a while. After confirming it with him, and asking to speak with his sales manager to verify (who was on lunch apparently) I against my gut believed him and canceled a sale I already had in place. After losing an $800 deposit on a vehicle I was in the middle of finalizing I made the hour drive to Audi of Bellevue only to be told that they didn't mean the vehicle I wanted, they meant the $100k RS6 on the showroom floor. Did I mention the salesmen sent me pictures of the car in question, confirmed the vin, and sent me the door sticker? Yes, I got bait and switched. Luckily the only saving grace was Riley who made my experience pleasant when I purchased a different vehicle. Will never do business with Autonation again, its all a lie to get you in the door. Oh, and I have text messages to prove everything but their customer service isn't interested in those.

I have not purchased a car here, just took my 2017 A4 for maintenance. I had a strange rattle noise that they couldn't find and I was disappointed. Took the car back (during COVID) for an oil change and asked if they could check again for the rattle. They found and FIXED it (was driving me nuts), and did all the scheduled maintenance. The service advisor thanked me for my business and said he was sorry they didn't find the noise the first time. It really did make a difference to me that he acknowledged the problem. Very happy with the work that they did on my car, and I will be returning again in the future.

My wife leased a 2020 Q5 in March after the Sales Manager assured her they'd take care of her 3 remaining lease payments for her MDX. They LIED and instead reduced the total lease by the corresponding dollar amount. They just shoved a bunch of papers in front of her and told her she could return the supposedly paid off MDX at her leisure. This caused her to "miss" 3 payments and impacted her credit. All because the Audi Sales Manager lied to make a sale. We reached out to BBB and the WA Attorney General for deceptive business practices but they basically told us we're on our own. Buyer Beware. Will definitely tell everybody that asks to take their business elsewhere or risk getting scammed.

The sold me a brand new 2020 Q5 with a nail in one of the tires and refused to change it out, primarily because i did not check the tire carefully with a microscope to find the nail. I took my 2018 Q5 in for a recall and oil change. I was then up sold to a 20K service. Having owned Audi's for years I expected a $600-$700 bill, but Audi Bellevue charged me $1907 including almost $1400 in labor. I'm reporting them to the Consumer Protection Division of WA. Have purchased 3 cars and had them serviced at this dealer, but now that AutoNation owns it, they rip off their customers. When I called to complain the guy tried telling me that cleaning the fuel injectors was recommended at 20K miles which is ridiculous.

Reviewed their website, found a car that I was interested in, and made an appointment with salesman (Rio Hoxha). When we arrived, the car was as advertised and ready for test drive. I had previously checked on-line with True Car for current actual market prices and Kelly Blue Book for trade-in value of current car. Obviously, the dealer and Rio were aware of both and negotiation went smoothly with no surprises. One of the easiest car buying experiences. Rio spent plenty of time to review all the features of the car before we left.

audi bellevue damaged my vehicle while in service and it gets worse and worse. They did not fix the car properly and tried to fixing it using the cheapest body shop in town. I looked over the car after the 1st repair work and it was not done correctly. On the 2nd repair they sent it to a better body shop. Again the repair was not repaired correctly. They sent out the car to be repaired a 3rd time and once again it is not done correctly. The service manager told me to deal with the body shop directly and does not take ownership in getting my car getting repaired correctly. How can you (audibellevue) tell me to go directly to deal with body shop when you damaged my vehicle? My vehicle is an audi r8 v10, the car is ceramic coated and in pristine condition prior to arriving for service. This car is not a daily driver and does not get driven in the rain. The current condition of the car has paint overspray on multiple body panels, scratches, swirl marks, rim curbed, and front end bumper scrape. Do not use audi bellevue they do not care about your vehicle. They treated me like I had no right to get my car repaired properly. The service manager has no integrity and will lie to your face. I have spent over $10,000+ over the years on repairs at your facility. There is no customer service or apology when they damage your vehicle.

This will only be helpful if you are buying a used car from them. We went to the office and were greeted. Told the sales person what we needed and she brought it for us to look at and there was the end of the sale. She claims there is a "bumper to bumper" 90 day warranty on the car (this is not true). We looked under the hood and it was pouring oil out of the bottom. She went to another customer and then had to get back to us. After we mentioned that to her she said "our guys overfill the oil" so that could be why it is spilling out, "It's totally fine they have done it to my car." She said we can reach her via text about the vehicle. She didn't take our name or what we were looking into she went right to the next person. We texted and got a reply initially and then they dried up. So we called and they said they would get back to us, no call. I asked for the manager and they said he would call me back, no call. We went into the dealership and the manager staying in his office due to being to busy (they actually were) but he was able to peek over his computer monitors to see me fuming. Finally we got another sales person who took our information and said he would call us first thing in the morning. Still waiting, we literally just want to buy the car. So the moral of the story is if you want to buy a used car from these guys you don't matter. They don't want your business and you are a burden. I don't know why they advertise these cars.

Both times that I've been to Bellevue Audi...I've received such a terrible attitude from the receptionist lady - middle age short blonde hair lady. The first time I came in to drop off my check after purchasing my car, she was on her phone and gave me incorrect information and gave me such a hard time. Second time, I've had been waiting in the lobby for a while waiting for my keys and I came up to her to ask if she could check if I can grab them because I needed to go back to work. She was still on her phone texting away and instead of doing her job and helping me, she says I don't have your keys and you need to go see the service advisor in such a rude tone. And she was speaking to me like i'm a child...this is so unprofessional and I would expect Audi to provide somewhat of a better service as it is Audi after all. I love my Audi and the sales associate who sold me the car was great...other services has been terrible.

I brought my car in for a standard service (10K miles) and recall notice for a standard repair. I'd asked if they could handle fixing my windshield which had a crack from a rock. The person on the phone first said they'd recommend a local place, and I asked if they could just handle it all together. My email confirmation had the details wrong, so I sent a detailed follow-up directly to the service manager listed highlighting the changes (and my change in address). When I showed up, everything was still wrong. The service manager there was great and tried to fit things in with an outside vendor. I appreciate his work to undo the scheduling challenges. When I got the car back, there was a charge for the glass from a 3rd party vendor that I hadn't confirmed. Moreover, the glass hadn't been replaced, but filled (where there was already spider-lines) so they were still visible. Worse, I hadn't gotten a call about this before, my insurance (which offers full glass replacement) wasn't contacted, and the work was just done. I drove back to highlight that this wasn't what I wanted, but they just shrugged and apologized. I went home, double checked with my insurance, and sent a note back to the team highlighting my dissatisfaction for being charged for work I'd never have authorized (AND should have had better work done for free). No response. Who would take an expensive car in for repairs and pay for a sub-par repair??? I called the insurance company and had a 3rd party company replace the entire windshield with OEM glass and re-calibrate safety sensors -- all for free.

I took my Audi Q5 in for service to this dealer while I was on vacation in the area. They advised me to allow them to complete an emissions update they said was necessary and no cost to me. An hour into my drive home, the check engine light came on and my car alerted me that it would not restart after 200 miles if I didn’t add more DEF (diesel emissions fluid). It was New Years Day and no dealer service center was open. I added over 9 liters of DEF myself and the warning did not clear. I drove the car home but that was more than 200 miles and I now cannot restart my car. I’ve tried all day to reach the service manager and he will not return my calls. It took multiple calls to them and to Audi USA to finally get anyone from the service department to call me back and when they did they refused to take any responsibility for anything. He denied the idea that their emissions update could be at fault, he couldn’t care less that I now can’t drive at all and told me to tow my car on my own dime to the nearest Audi dealer 190 miles away to find out what was wrong.

The staff was very cooperative. We walked in without appointment but they still took care of us. The receptionist coordinated a sales person for us. We got a good deal and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and accommodated our requests in finding the features in the car that we were looking for. The loan process was fast and then the delivery process was even better. Even thou it was after hours they never rushed on anything. We were the last ones to buy the car that day and both sales persons made sure we connect to our car through our phone (lengthy process) and gave demo of driver assistance features without rushing anything. It might have been 2 hours after the close of dealership. We are very satisfied and definitely recommed them.

We just took our Audi Q5 in for its 20,000 mi servicing. We had an incredibly wonderful experience. We were told it might take all day but when Dan Ruben (service manager) saw that we had come from 1 hr 30 minutes away he made sure our servicing was expedited in a timely fashion. Everyone was friendly and cordial to us. We had thought that next time we would drive to a closer dealership to us (in Bellingham) but our experience at Bellevue was such that we will definitely go back there for our next servicing.

Simple tasks became extremely complex. Agreed on price to have my car sold back to Bellevue Audi. Took 3 hrs to complete and process a mountain of paperwork before a check was issued. Final hurdle was after all the paperwork was completed we had to get in the car and drive to another dealership to get it all resigned by a Notary who was about to go home for the evening. I bought a new vehicle, A4 that has several issues. I had an appointment scheduled through my sales person David to get the service and the perk window tinting. I had it booked for 9AM, 3 weeks after sale due to lack of loner vehicle. When the confirmation emailed it said be there at 7:30 AM which I am unable to to. I brought my car in for a recall, had no issue with the car prior to the recall, ended up having problems immediately with upon pick up, needed to have it towed, the shop lied to me, (which is written) they gave me a quote to fix what they broke, I had a tow truck tow my car to another repair shop (which they resisted) and the other shop said that there was no way I could have done what the service person accused me of, and did the repair for a third of the price. Integrity very poor.

The staff was very accommodating and the loaner car was amazing! I was surprised when I picked up my car that it wasn’t vacuumed out though, I thought they would go that extra mile. But overall am still happy and will be back for whatever my car needs!

We purchased a used Q5 from Audi Bellevue. During our search, I mentioned that we were going to get pre-qualified financing thru our local credit union, our salesman told me we didn't need to do that, they worked with 50 lenders and would work to get us the best financing and that they worked with our local credit union. I thought that was a great option as maybe we would get better rates from another lender. A few weeks later, during the purchase of our car, we again asked our salesman at the start of the process to be sure and run our credit with our local credit union as they were our preference for financing. We even asked that they change our names around as they had mine as the primary and we knew from talking to the credit union that my husbands name should be first. He kept coming back from the finance department with Audi Financial rates. We asked at least three additional times for the local credit union rates and his response was either we're still waiting for the rates, or she will have the rate for you when you sign the finance papers. When we went back to sign the financing papers we specifically asked again what the local credit union rates were and we were told "didn't he tell you, they were higher." so we signed with Audi Financing trusting that was the best rate. A few days later we decided to double check with our local credit union as they have never failed us before with the lowest rates. They confirmed that Audi Bellevue never even ran our information for a car loan thru them and in fact our local credit union rates were 1.15% lower for the same term. We had to wait for our registration and then had to spend additional time to refinance thru our local credit union. We don't know if it's Audi or AutoNation who endorses this complete dishonesty to customers, but we do not recommend either due to this. We also reported this to our local credit union when refinancing and our branch manager will be reporting Audi Bellevue to the car loan division.

The service people are top rate, from making the appointment to taking in the car to ean earlier than expected completion. And a free car wash to boot! I've been a customer with Audi Bellevue (formerly Barrier) since 2012. They're customer service, both their Sales and Service departments, have always been top notch and customer-focused. I was afraid when AutoNation took over Barrier that their customer service would suffer, but that hasn't been the case. I plan on staying with them for my next car purchase.

Revamp your Service Department, I've had nothing but bad experiences (x5). The latest was 6/22. I had an appointment for 8:30 a.m. and dropped my car off as planned. I was told the car would be ready between 3-5 p.m. I received a text ~4 p.m. stating "We've been running behind today unfortunately. We need the vehicle until monday to complete the service. Willyou need a loaner vehicle over the weekend?" Now, I don't know about most folks out there, but if a service department makes an appointment, they should honor it... in addition to that, nothing was given in the way of an apology... they simply don't care at this place. Service, at leas for me, has been consistently bad. Before this one... they screwed up on a tire, so ordered a new one... not once but TWICE I came in for the first morning appointment where they said "we have your replacement tire"... and BOTH times it wasn't there!... the 3rd time he said "I have it here in my hand"... I said "keep it". Not coming back.

I took my 2018 Q5 in for the 10,000 service. Actually, 8500 miles. I requested a tire rotation which the clerk seemed opposed to. I insisted and he wrote it up accordingly. At the pick up it had not been done. He claimed a rear tire had been replaced and there was therefore uneven wear on the rear tires. I explained I had purchased the vehicle new last November and there had been no tire replacement. He then claimed it was not necessary, and the tires only last 30,000 miles anyway because the car is "heavy". The warranty brochure says the tires have a 65,000 mile warranty and should be rotated every 7000 miles or so. I doubt this is an isolated experience when it comes to tire rotation.

Called a week ahead to make appointment for windshield product application. Day of scheduled appointment there was no record of the appointment. Audi was able to squeeze me in. - The Good. The Bad. Upon checking in asked about defective license plate bracket nut - car had less than 300 miles. Service said it was not covered under warranty. I explained bracket nut was defective from factory. Service said I had to talk to sales as service said more than likely sales damaged the bracket nut when they installed the license plate as they have done this before. I was advised to contact sales to see if they would pay the $250 to replace the entire bracket as the plastic holding the bolt on the license plate bracket was fractured. (Note: The bracket was not fractured when I brought the can in for service. The nut appeared to be stripped.) I assured service that it was not a sales issue but factory defect. Service advised me to go back to the dealership where I purchased the car and talk with that sales department. I did. I thought Audi was Audi no matter where one obtains service and warranty work - But apparently not.

Faster Service not taking 2 weeks to repair a car, give a loaner during those 2 weeks, and how about a little follow with the customer service folks. Felt like they didnt care and basically overcharged me but at that point i didnt care beucase wanted the car back. Would not buy from that dealership ever again. Very poor !!! My experience has been horrible. I found a used Lexus I wanted online. When my wife and I arrived, I was questioned why I wanted that vehicle over an Audi. After explaining to Brian my sales rep that I wanted this exact vehicle, he took the time to locate it. Once I test drove the vehicle and told them I wanted to purchase it is when the customer service went downhill. I live in the South Sound, so getting to Bellevue is not a quick trip. They are so rigid in their policies that it compromises customer service. First of all, they hadn't fully detailed the vehicle, which became my issue because they could only "reserve" it for 24 hours online. I was told I would have to purchase it and just "swing by" so they could finish the detail. The vehicle also had a broken tail light on it, which they agreed to fix. HOWEVER, this has become my issue to deal with now. Instead of taking fixing it themselves, they agreed to mail me the part. Well they sent me the wrong part. So I called Brian to let him know and it became my responsibility to identify the right part number. I did this and emailed them the info on 3/19. No reply. Called Brian the week of 3/25 and it was "in the mail". Called the week of 4/1 and no reply from either Brian or the manager. I bought the vehicle in early February and 2 months later I'm still without the correct part!

Swiftly booked in my Q7 for its first service. I chose to wait for the service and Alexis personally showed me to the reserved seats with power and how to get onto the network. With coffee in hand I happily worked for 75 minutes when Alexis popped round to say my car was ready. Alexis took me through what the tech's had done - oil change etc. and when I should think about the next service + 10k miles or a year. Car was vacuumed out and I was given a voucher for a car wash. Super quick, efficient, pleasant experience.

Went in to this dealership Tuesday morning to look at the accessories they had, which is almost non-existent. While I was there I decided to stop by the service department as my "service due" light is on. I spoke with one of the reps and asked what service I would need done as I already had an oil change done recently, he informed me that there would be no other service needed and the light would just need to be reset. He told me I could come back the next day and they could just reset it for me real quick. This morning I called and spoke with someone in the service department and asked if I could get the light reset today, she told me I could just come in and I would not need an appointment since it's would be just a quick resetting of the light. As I arrived there just now I spoke with the asst. manager in the service department and from the very start he just seemed annoying. He told me that I would need an appoint and would take about a half hour. Just to rest a light??? On top of that he wanted to charge me $35 just for the department to plug my car into a computer and press reset. This dealership wasted my time as I literally called before I left my house to make sure I wouldn't have any problems yet I still encountered problems as I got to the dealership. On top of all of this my "service due" light is still on. Update: I reset it myself literally in 30 seconds with my obd2 scanner where as Audi wanted to charge me $35 and take a half hour to do it, lol what a joke.

I am beyond livid with Audi Bellevue and their parent company AutoNation. It is bad enough that my 2013 Audi Allroad which I purchased brand new and have only driven 40,000 miles has experienced a catastrophic engine failure (my car had all of its scheduled serivce preformed by Audi Bellevue). I took my car in immediately after the check engine light came on to have it fixed. The service tech diagnosed the problem as a faulty fuel injector and replaced the part which is a $1200 service. When I picked up the car after they worked on it for 2 days I didn't even get to leave the dealership lot, the check engine light started flashing immediately after I started the car. It has been a week since this happened and after multiple visits to the service department they have not even bothered to properly diagnose the problem to determine why the engine on my car has failed. If you are considering an Audi as your next car I say consider another brand, if you really have to have an Audi purchase it at a dealership that cares about customer service which is definitely not Audi of Bellevue.

Requested 2 Items 1) Front seat, drivers side, sagged on one side. Technician essentially ignored my request. This is possibly normal but would have appreciated explanation by a qualified individual. 2) Requested assistance to restore Google Earth. Was told I needed a USAA code from salesman then any dealership could activate. Called dealership in CA where I purchased my Q5 and they had never heard of a USAA code. My previous service, engine replacement, was satisfactory except exceeded timeframe promised.

Estimate for water pump replacement was $1k above everyone else. Labor hours double all others. And when we said we’d get it done elsewhere they said they could probably bring the price down which makes me question the integrity of the estimate. I expect a fair and accurate estimate, not to be gouged and pay more if I didn’t question. Service is definitely sub par since the move to Auto Nation. The loaners for life only seem available if you schedule your break down months in advance. I miss Barrier.

The labor estimates were more than double everyone else. Was disappointed that they then said they could come down, really? Just give me your fair and accurate estimate to start. They sell the merits of the certified pre-owned program and how everything is 100% perfect, claiming if you find anything wrong with the car/inspection they’ll immediately fix it free of charge. In reality there were a variety of things wrong with the car, which I found the day after delivery. When I provided proof of issues with the car which were missed or potentially misrepresented during the CPO inspection, they fixed a couple simple things but on more expensive items they gave excuses like “that’s just part of a used car”. When I forced the subject by sending the car back through service they admitted items were worn out and near replacement, but still refused to fix those issues even though the CPO paperwork specially says they should be in good working condition and not near replacement.

I was told multiple times that there was no need to secure financing in advance, that the finance department would find the best deal for me searching both Audi financing and the local credit unions. When it came down to locking the financing at the time of sale, the finance department had no intention on inquiring about financing outside of the basic Audi offering. I told them to search other lenders, like they had originally promised to do, since I knew I could beat their rate by almost 1.5%. For some reason I wasn’t allowed to sit with finance while they searched other lenders, so after what was probably an hour they finally came back and said they could only bring the original rate down by a half percent and it was still through Audi financing. I did some more digging the following day and found if there had been one small adjustment to the down payment amount, which I had just discussed with sales before going to finance, I would have gotten a much lower rate through a local credit union. Again either the communication between departments was awful or they intentionally misrepresented the financing options to push me towards Audi financing.

I took my car in for a routine oil change. When I left, I discovered the right side front seat (whose sensor had previously stayed off before) is unable to recognize when a passenger is in the car and now randomly beeps on every commute. I made an appointment to ask the shop to resolve. However, they refused, saying the oil change had nothing to do with the seat sensor. I have better things to do than make up stories about a sensor that was off and not a problem when I went in, but deficient when I went out. While there is supposed to be a recall, there is no solution at this time, but now I can’t have a passenger in the car without random beeps which hadn’t been a problem up until the above oil change. Disappointed in Audi Bellevue ever since their transition from Barrier to AutoNation. I liked my first Audi from Barrier Bellevue, but no longer like my second Audi from AutoNation Bellevue.

A routine 35K service ended up taking five days to complete and charged me 3x the stated price without ever informing me or authorizing the extra expense. They didn't order enough of the parts so it sat another day. They didn't order the parts for the transmission flush (part of the 35k service) so that was another day. They didn't do all of the things I asked. and I asked every time I talked to them on the phone. The Service Advisor who is an assistant manager argued with me that it was "all in the kit". it wasn't. Eventually he went to get a tech, and the tech told him he was wrong. so the car sat another night. He assured me that both it and the clutch hydraulic fluid (and the wiper blades) would all be done in the next morning). The next day, more excuses about how they would have to research how to change the fluid. and no wiper blades done I take the car, determined to find an independent service shop. on th way home, the oil light comes on. lLess than three minutes after leaving. Despite them mucking around in the engine area, changing the oil, spark plugs, and filters all in the proximity of the oil sensor they say magically the oil sensor stopped working with no connection to their work. Despite the fact that it worked fine for, you know the whole life of the car until it sat in their shop for five days and they touched every part of the car, and the light came on for the first time ever after leaving their shop. No connection, no sense of accountability, no apology for taking so long, part order mix ups, not doing the services asked. So on top of a $3000 charge for a standard service (!!) they want $700 to replace an oil sensor that was fine when it went into their shop and not fine when it left Nope. If you are incompetent, work to be better. If you don't stand behind your work, won't own or apologize for your mistakes then you don't deserve to continue to be in business. It's a shame when great techs are let down by incompetent and unscrupulous tech advisors. I, my friends, my family, and anyone who ever asks for a recommendation won't be back.

Recall notice service work plus a few small additional items... 1. Work was supposed to take one day - it took three. 2. Asked shop to fix 2 visor clips (driver and passenger side) - fixed only 1 3. Asked service dept. to investigate smell of gasoline inside the vehicle - picked up vehicle and it still smelled like gasoline inside the vehicle (Will need to take car to local garage to address). 4. Car was dirty inside and out when we picked it up. 5. Bill included 3/4 hour to “diagnose” a sun/moon roof shade that I advised was already broken and just wanted a quote to replace. They removed the charge after I questioned it. 6. Asked shop to do an oil change on the vehicle. In spite of having car for 3 days, it did not get done. 7. At drop off and pick up, service dept. personnel was rushed and not interested in going over all work that needed to be done/was done.

After waiting for over a year for the part and having an appointment scheduled for close to three months, I finally got to have my airbags replaced. Car was promised for a 1 day turn around.. about a 4-5 hour job. It took two days to get done. I wasted a trip to pick up the car thinking it would be done.. even though I tried to call and get an update. I suffered voicemail hell only to get disconnected. Not a good look for Audi or the dealer.

My experience with this dealership was rocky the first time I tried to purchase a car about 2 years ago. I am happy to say that this time it was a 180 great experience! I recently went to Audi to trade in my car for the new 2018 A4. Nico was very helpful finding a solid option that met my needs. He also worked with my budget requirements and made me feel confident with the trade in value of my old car. I also had a great experience with Gino who show me the ropes to the A4 and has been willing/able to answer any questions that came up post purchase. Like me trying to figure out how to get the trunk to pop open with my a swift kick under the back of the car.

IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, DO NOT BUY AN AUDI! There’s a key malfunction and your child will be locked inside!!!! My brand new 2018 Audi Q7 (loaded/prestige package) somehow locked my keys, phone, AND CHILD (who I had just buckled into his 5-point harness car seat) in the car on a HOT day in the HOT sun last Friday. I borrowed a passerby’s phone, called my husband in a panic and he contacted Audi Bellevue where we purchased the car. They were ZERO help. In the meantime I called 911 ... The police came and broke a window, freeing my TERRIFIED almost-3 year old. The police were shocked that a brand new car could do such a thing. They said this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. Yeah, obviously. We talked to Audi Bellevue 3 more times that evening, letting them know we’d be dropping off our 4-door, 3-window car first thing Saturday. They let us know they’d order a new window and have it overnighted, to repair the window, which we’d need to fill out an insurance claim for. While at the shop, we asked that they tend to a few other seemingly minor things, like detail the car which had glass EVERYwhere, see why the check engine light comes on all the time, an oil change, and remove the tv from the rear seat that is stuck on and impossible to take off. Whelp. It’s Tuesday night at 6pm and guess what? The car is only now getting cleaned (after telling us repeatedly that the detail center is overbooked and we didn’t have a reservation, um WHAT? Yeah, sorry - I didn’t know the car would lock my poor son in it, apologies for not making a reservation!), they haven’t removed the tv (can’t figure out how), they didn’t see anything wrong with the check engine lights (doubting they even checked/drove it), and the best part: THE WINDOW STILL HASNT ARRIVED. They didn’t order it until Monday and they’re saying they requested overnight delivery but the delivery company messed up (your classic point the finger at someone else move). The kicker in all this - we live in Bend, Oregon and we’ve been in town this week for my son’s surgery at children’s, which required us to stay in seattle for the week while he recovers. We have to check-out of our Air bnb by 10am tomorrow to finally head home, YET THE WINDOW STILL ISNT HERE! The good news: they’re now taking responsibility and we don’t have to involve insurance to replace the window. Honestly I haven’t ever been treated so poorly or been brushed off so ridiculously by a service department (who is over-booked and understaffed) and I certainly didn’t expect this from Audi. I truly regret spending close to 6-figures on an unsafe car that has an apparent glitch (which Audi knows about!!!) that can lock your family inside. Terrifying. So disappointed. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Tim Murphy in sales went out of his way to work with me and show me the features of the vehicle since this was my first Audi purchase. The car was immaculate for the test drive and they washed it again prior to me leaving the lot. Really sucks, I bought 2018 A5 Convertible in Audi Bellevue, I drove it for 3 month and I found my windscreen has big noise! When I drove the vehicle, I found that the dashboard/front windshield was with non-negligible buzzing noise. I drove under different weathers, temperatures and with/without music playing scenarios but all of those situations, the car was always with the noise. The noise heavily distracted me when I drove and it has already become a safety issue for me. I cannot find the root cause so that I contacted Audi Bellevue to figure out the reason. At the very beginning, Audi Bellevue told me that they did not find any noise. After entire two weeks' inspection, on 07/13/2018, I finally got feedback from Audi Bellevue that both my vehicle and their currently on-hand Audi A5 were with the same issue. When the car is driven after roughly 15 minutes, the coolant pump will automatically be activated. The vibration of the pump made the entire front dashboard and windshield humming. They asked me to visit their store to meet their service team. When I visited Audi Bellevue on 07/16 and checked with them about the solution. I was told from the technician team that it was just the “design”. If I felt unsatisfied about the noise, I need to contact Audi America or escalate to his manager. I had a face to face talk with Michael Ruch, the Service Director of Audi Bellevue. However, he totally did not start from an Audi owner’s perspective to understand my frustration and dissatisfaction, and refused to help me to figure out how to fix the vehicle noise. He told me that only there is a broken part he can find, the issue can be defined as a quality issue. Given the pump is working well, the noise cannot be distinguished as a quality issue but just my personal judgement. He will have no responsibility to support me to deal with any vehicle designing issues. His answer was totally absurd and did not represent the quality of Audi Service. He was even reluctant to escalate to Audi America because it was also “out of his scope”. I did not get any support from Audi Bellevue.
